Refunds & Cancellation

1. The free trial costs nothing

The 14-day free trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. When the trial ends, the app is locked until you choose a plan.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription anytime — from your account, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account.

• You won’t be charged again after you cancel.
• You keep access until the end of the month (or year, on a yearly plan) you already paid for.
• Your projects stay in your account if you come back later (see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep data).

3. Refunds

Because plans are paid in advance (one month or one year at a time) and you can cancel before the next payment, we generally don’t give refunds for part of a month or year or for unused AI credits.

But we will make it right when something went wrong. Email [email protected] within 14 days if:

• you were charged twice or charged by mistake;
• you were charged after you cancelled;
• a problem on our side stopped you from using the app for most of a paid month.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, we follow that law.

4. Parents: a charge you didn’t expect

If your child is using Diamond Animator and you see a charge you didn’t expect, email [email protected] and we’ll look into it with you right away.

5. Discounts

• The first 50 people who sign up on our website (reserve a free trial or ask to be notified) get 25% off for their first year. The code is emailed when the app opens. After 12 months the plan renews at its normal monthly or yearly price.
• Anyone who subscribes to our Animator Builder YouTube channel gets a one-time 10% off their first month only, on a monthly plan only (not a yearly plan). It can be used one time per person and is temporary: from the second month, the normal price (or your other discount) applies. The code is shared on the channel.
• With both, you get 30% off your first month, then 25% off for the rest of your first year. No one gets more than 30% off.
• We email you a reminder at least 7 days before the discount ends, so you can decide whether to continue.
• If you cancel during the discount year and subscribe again later, the discount may not come back.

6. Changing plans

You can move to a bigger or smaller plan. The new price and credit allowance apply from your next billing month (or year) unless we show you something different when you switch.
