Acceptable Use & AI Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Not in effect until launch.
Make awesome stuff. Don’t hurt people. Here are the rules.
1. The idea
Diamond Animator is for making cool animations — fights, chases, stunts, stories, jokes. Cartoon action is fine. Hurting real people, or making things that aren’t OK for a community that includes kids, is not. These rules apply to everything you make or type, including messages to the AI Animator and Help Assistant.
2. Not allowed
- Sexual content of any kind, and anything that sexualizes minors (we report this to the authorities).
- Harassment, bullying or threats aimed at real people, including classmates, creators or public figures.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people — making it look like a real person said or did something they didn’t.
- Hate — attacking people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
- Real-world harm — promoting self-harm, terrorism, or instructions for weapons, drugs or crimes.
- Graphic gore made to shock. Stylized cartoon fighting is fine.
- Other people’s private information (addresses, phone numbers, photos) without permission.
- Copying other people’s work you don’t have rights to. See Copyright & DMCA.
- Spam, scams or misleading content.
3. Extra rules for the AI
- Don’t try to trick the AI into breaking these rules (“jailbreaking”).
- Don’t put other people’s personal information or secrets into prompts.
- Don’t pretend AI-made work was made without AI where that would mislead people (for example in a contest that bans AI).
- Our AI provider (OpenAI) has its own usage policies. Requests that break them may be blocked.
4. Don’t mess with the service
- No hacking, scraping, or trying to get into other people’s accounts or data.
- No bots or scripts to use the AI automatically, or to get around credit limits or the free trial.
- No copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the app or the AI Animator’s engine.
- No overloading the service or spreading malware.
5. What happens if rules are broken
We may block a request, remove content, pause AI features, or suspend or close the account — depending on how serious it is. For accounts of children, we may contact the parent or guardian. We report illegal content involving children to the proper authorities.
6. Report a problem
See something that breaks these rules? Email [email protected] with what you saw and where. Thank you for helping keep Diamond Animator a good place to create.
